MPESB Group 3 Sub Engineer Salary Process 2026
MPESB Group 3 Sub Engineer will be given Level -8 salary under 7th Pay Commission. The Starting basic pay will be ₹32,800, wich after adding DA and HRA becomes approximately ₹50,000 per month. As per MP Government rules, candidates will be kept on stipend basis for the first 3 Years.

- Probation Period: All selected candidates will have to serve a 3-year probation period as per MP Government rules. During this period, only 70%, 80%, 90% stipend will be given.
